Our Story
UPM Construction was founded in 2009 by Michael Patterson with a simple vision: to create a construction company that prioritizes quality, transparency, and client satisfaction above all else. Starting with a small team of dedicated craftsmen, we've grown into one of Oregon's most trusted construction firms.
Over the past 15 years, we've completed more than 250 projects ranging from custom homes to large-scale commercial developments. Our success is built on the foundation of strong relationships with our clients, subcontractors, and the communities we serve.
Today, with a team of over 50 skilled professionals, we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible in construction while staying true to our core values of integrity, excellence, and innovation.
